I figured out how to activate and it seems to work but isn't pulling whole tables... seems to only gets about a hundred rows of my tickets table.

From a consolidation and backup perspective, it makes a lot of sense to have a choice of DBs to choose from. In my case, MSSQL support would do nicely.
